Excellent service start to finish. Super lux experience and accomodations. The linens are incredibly soft and the bungalows with personalized name plates were modern without loosing the original mid century modern design. Turn down service is the best i have ever experienced. If you are looking for a romantic weekend and a sexy boutique hotel where you rarely see other guests, this is the place for you.

My wife and I have stayed at L'Horizon twice. Each time was fantastic. The first time we stayed was just after they had opened and even though you could tell they were having some operational issues getting everything set up the service was so exceptionally good that we just fell completely in love with the place. The second time was about a year and a half later, during the off season. We didn't realize this meant that the restaurant would be closed, which was a bummer, but that was our fault. In general, it's hard to find things not to like - the pool is fantastic, food and cocktails are great, service is exceptional, and for the quality and space of the rooms you get the pricing is quite reasonable.

The star of this hotel is definitely the staff. Super helpful and friendly. The rooms are nice, if a little small for the price and furnishings are mostly uncomfortable, but the grounds are beautiful and you will be spending most of your time outside here. Needs a car service as downtown is too far to walk. Overall one of the best places to stay in PS.

3 star hotel with a 5 star experience! Colin was outstanding, unparalleled service from the moment we showed up. The complimentary sparkling wine, water and popsicles were a very nice touch. The name plates don’t even get me started! All I can say is WOW. What a thoughtful touch. The pool was quaint and the vibez were on point. 5/5 would stay again in a heartbeat!

Like parched animals roaming in the desert, everyday we would congregate around the water. A miraculous pool, glowing in the epicenter of a quiet heaven, scattered with lounge chairs, stone gardens, and modern bungalows. We swam, we talked, we drank juices and liquors, we listened and laughed. It felt like we found our community. And this was only possible thanks to the amazing staff, the impeccable amenities, and the unique vibe of this place.

There aren't enough superlatives to describe this place! It's the quintessential Palm Springs experience. The place is transporting! The bungalows are stylish. The guests are cool. The pool and grounds are out of a movie. The staff bent over backwards and little touches are visible everywhere - from the engraved plaque on the door with your name to the bucket of ice and plate of cookies each night. The tension just melts away at this place! One of the nicest hotel experiences I've had. We will definitely return. Great job guys!!!

There aren't words to describe how beautiful the grounds of this hotel are, and how well maintained it is. The rooms are immaculate and beautifully designed. The staff are all incredibly welcoming, detail oriented, knowledgeable and friendly. The food is fantastic, I recommend the French omelette for breakfast -- it's A+!

Places like this are THE reason folks still go to Palm Springs. It somehow manages to feel both luxe and intimate at the same time. The pool and landscaping make you feel like you’ve entered the era that made this town famous. We did see some poor reviews of the food, but after dinner breakfast and lunch all at the hotel, I can say the food is fantastic. More than anything, the staff is what makes this place sing. An amazing time for us, and we’ll surely be back.
