Seriously everything you need for an exclusive stay is at the Avance. From a comfy bed to 24/7 pool access! We only stayed one night but would love to go back for a longer stay. There aren’t many rooms so you feel in a very private setting. The kitchen comes pool-ready with plastic wine cups and wine opener + anything you would want to cook your own meals. Everything was spotless clean. Bathrobes included (big plus for me!). The location is very quiet yet close enough to hop on a $8 Uber to the strip where everything happens. The other guests were very nice and we had a few great conversations with them while enjoying our wine in the hot tub.

Great hotel in a great location, less than 5 minutes away from downtown PS! We stayed for three nights and felt very safe in our hotel. The kitchenette is a great way to save money on food. The heated pool and spa are such a plus! Unfortunately, there was no complimentary breakfast, but that's no problem as there are kitchens in every room. It's a small and quaint hotel and the staff is super nice. Free snacks, water, and V8 in every room- and you can even ask for more! Came during COVID, although we can't wait to come back when Palm Springs opens back up.

This place is a hidden gem! I’ve been to PS MANY MANY times and this place by far has been one of my favorite stays. The rooms are immaculately clean. The towels even have a fresh laundered smell. In the mornings, they place a basket outside your door with snacks to choose from for breakfast. The pool is heated and the jacuzzi is hot with strong jets. Upon check in, I was warmly greeted by a gentleman who explained everything I needed to know. The hotel was at least half full (that I know of), but it seemed I had the place to myself. If you’re looking for a quiet retreat in a clean comfortable environment, this is definitely the place to stay. Only a 5 minute drive to and from the airport. I will definitely stay here again and recommend it to all my friends. Thank you Avance !!!!!

A wonderful little hotel! Nice rooms, a calm and inviting atmosphere, and very friendly staff. I would not hesitate staying here next time I visit Palm Springs. The continental breakfast box was good and plentiful, and the complimentary bikes a nice touch. Thanks for a making it a lovely stay.

Great little place. However, the office hours are not 9am to 5pm as stated. It is more like whenever they show up. And they do not answer the phone while off property. This makes using their bikes difficult, as you need a key. And if you ever needed anything, who knows. But the property is cute and clean. The pool is warm, and the hot tub is hot! They also have complimentary snacks in the room. Nice touch.

We had to unexpectedly rent a room when our Airbnb turned out to be not as promised. We were pleasantly surprised and loved our stay! The room was perfect, the property was clean, and Juana was amazing! Even with social distancing they made us feel welcomed and were very accommodating. Loved it; perfect getaway. The pool and the kitchen-stocked blender were the highlights of course (wink), but everything was so very comfortable, quiet and private throughout. What you pay for the 'boutique hotel' ambiance and nostalgia you make up for by getting a complementary and wonderful fresh continental breakfast every morning plus the well-appointed mini-kitchen to temper the need for expensive meals out. Our preferred routine: Awake 6am for early continental breakfast (requested early the day before), leave at 7am for Joshua Tree or other great local hiking, or golf, and back to the hotel by 1pm, before it got too hot. Then a few hours by the pool with home-made banana daiquiris, dinner in or out depending on our mood, followed by a hot tub soak with some wine, and then a nice DVD movie in the room (great selection of options) to wind us down for the evening. We're already planning our next trip for this coming March.

This place was perfect for our staycation. We loved the privacy. It was quiet. We had no need to ask staff for anything. The room was well stocked for us. We truly enjoyed the home away from home feeling. We stayed in the suite with a full kitchen. Truly an enjoyable peaceful experience for my husband and I.
