This was my first experience in Palm Springs and I’m glad that it was because it surpassed my expectations in every way. The front desk Management is beyond professional and incredibly warm and helpful. The prices were reasonable for the time of year and on a weekend, however, the absence of a microwave and mini fridge was, to my disadvantage, as it could be most convenient to keep a snack or cold drink close by so that you don’t need to order take out or go for a drive at inopportune times. Regardless of that minuscule issue, the hotel is my FAVORITE place to go when I go to Palm Springs. I’ve even stayed at higher end places, and yet I still pick Zoso over anything else because of - The Amazing Pool Area, The Accessibility of restaurant and drink on premises, the proximity to downtown, and finally the extra spacious large, clean rooms, with a private terrace, a super clean fresh lined king beds with overly plush surface, and smart device friendly TVs in all rooms, and one more thing- the staff. Any situation that arisen was Proactively handled by the genuinely warm, and pleasant front desk/concierge management. This place is my second home.

I was skeptical because I normally only stay at Marriotts or Hiltons because you know what you’re going to get. Also, some of the reviews weren’t great. But I’m here to tell you this place is totally fine. It had a cool look. The beds were comfortable. Everything in the room worked. And the biggest plus is the location. It’s right in the middle of everything in Palm Springs.

While driving out of town after a bad incident at another hotel, I drove past Hotel Zoso and decided to stop by and visit the hotel. At the front desk, I chatted with Frankie. After seeing the lobby and other areas of the hotel, I felt that it was a great place to rest. The room was nice. The AC was good and overlooked the pool. The restaurants and bars are close. Your car must be valet at the hotel. Will stay again.

Very simple and yet very fancy. I would definitely come back right before summer. I would imagine the pool would be open, maybe a little bit more alive dye to us coming during Christmas season. The bes was super comfy! Slept better than home, & that was huge to say. Love the city around too! Will definitely come back for a longer stay. Appreciate the customer service provided and see you soon!
